• Friday to Sunday: from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The thermal area closes at 8 p.m. and our pool at 10 p.m.

SPA ETIQUETTE AND INFORMATION

ZEN ATMOSPHERE
Smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. Respect the calm environment, always keeping your voice low.

MARKINGS
We recommend that you book your ritual at least 24 hours in advance, directly to the spa reception at +351 268 887 017 (national call cost) or via email spa@alentejomarmoris.com.

MEDICAL CONDITION
If you suffer from any type of illness, are taking medication or are pregnant, please inform immediately contact the Stone Spa staff. Some treatments may not be recommended.

CHECK IN—Spa Appointments
We advise our clients to check in at least 5 minutes before the ritual scheduled, this way you will have time to complete the Confidential Consultation Questionnaire and prepare for the ritual. Before your arrival at the spa, we recommend that you change your clothes and Leave all jewelry and valuables in your room.
Delayed arrival will limit your experience.

CHECK OUT— After stay at the Hotel
The use of the thermal circuit is included in your reservation until 12:00 on the day of your checkout. After this period and from 1:30 pm, access to the thermal circuit costs €15 per adult and €10 per child between 6-12 years old).

ADMISSION
Stone Spa reserves the right to refuse admission to people whose behavior may affect or jeopardize the peaceful environment of other customers. Use of the Spa (treatments and use of hydromassage tanks) is only permitted from 14 years of age.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Failure to attend the ritual or cancellations made within a period of less than 12 hours will be charged in full.

THERMAL AREA
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to dive or run around the indoor pool and tanks. The swimming pool area is unsupervised and the Spa cannot be held responsible for any accidents. The use of a bathing suit / bikini is compulsory in the pools and hammam and the use of a swimming cap is compulsory in the relaxation tanks. Access to the thermal area is forbidden to visitors, and if you are accompanying a minor, you should wear footwear appropriate for the thermal area or shoe covers that you can buy from the spa.

FITNESS GYM
It is mandatory to wear appropriate clothing and footwear in the gym. Use of this space is only permitted from 16 years of age.
